Urgent Hiring for: ADVOCATES.

Position: Senior Associates - Legal (LEVEL - 5)

Department: Legal.

Firm Name: LEXIS AND COMPANY – LAW FIRM.

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi.

Work Mode: Offline, Physical

CTC: RS 40,000/- Per Month.

Additional Allowance: All official expenses including travelling allowance for official purposes will be paid from the day 1 of the service with the firm.

 

We are urgently looking for experienced Advocates for the position of Senior Associates for our Law Firm in Janakpuri, New Delhi.

 

Eligibility:

Mandatory Qualification: LLB Graduates, enrolled with any State Bar Council as an Advocate with AIBE cleared.

Desired Qualification: Advocates with LLM or CS as an additional qualification  will be preferred.

 

Mandatory Experience: Minimum 3 Years Post Qualification Experience. Candidates should be well  versed and experienced in Legal Drafting, filing, miscellaneous work, and appearance in various cases in district courts of India. Expected Post qualification experience (PQE) of 3 - 5 Year.


Mandatory Skill requirement: Candidate Should Know Expert Level Drafting of all types of Commercial and Non Commercial,  Civil and Criminal cases of District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court of India.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

Specialize in legal cases dealing with all types of Civil, Criminal, and Allied Cases as per the client’s requirements. 

 

Call the clients through telephone or emails, or any other mode, and answer their legal queries as per the client’s requirements.

 

Schedule a face-to-face consultation and provide counselling and consultation to the clients for their legal queries as per the client’s requirements. 

 

Interview clients / witnesses to ascertain facts of the case as per the client’s requirements.

 

Correlate findings / prepares case, along with drafting the case petition, legal research, and other case related documents as per the client’s requirements.

 

Prepare or file or send or post notices / Complaint as per the client’s requirements. 

 

File the relevant case/petition/complaint as per the client’s requirements. 

 

Present the client’s case, or defend the client’s case as per client’s requirements. 

 

Conduct case, examining, and cross-examining witnesses in cases as per client’s requirement.

 

Summarize and present the client’s case to relevant court of law, tribunals, or any public or government authorities as per the client’s requirements.

 

Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to Junior Advocates and Interns.

 

Guidelines for application: Candidates from Delhi who can come for a physical interview at our office in Janakpuri, New Delhi, should apply. Candidates from other states including UP and Haryana should not apply. Candidates engaged in private practice should not apply. Any experience gained via online mode or through virtual mode or through work from home mode will not be counted for this profile. Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Sunday fixed off. In case of business requirements and needs, the candidates should be ready and willing to extend working hours as and when required.
