Urgent Hiring for: FRESHER GRADUATES.

Position: BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT - NON LEGAL (LEVEL - 2)

Department: ADMIN.

Firm Name: LEXIS AND COMPANY – LAW FIRM.

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi.

CTC: RS 10,000/- Per Month.

Additional Allowance: All official expenses including travelling allowance for official purposes will be paid from the day 1 of the service with the firm.

 

We are urgently looking for Fresh Graduates for the position of BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT - NON LEGAL (LEVEL - 2) for our Law Firm in Janakpuri, New Delhi.

 

Eligibility:

Mandatory Qualification: Minimum Class 12 / Higher Secondary Passed, who wants to learn as a beginner.

Desired Qualification: Any Graduate, preferably from law background or Certificate on back office operations or additional qualification  will be preferred.

 

Mandatory Experience: Freshers Can Also Apply, however candidates with prior work experience will be given preference.

 

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire an experienced back office executive to join our busy back office team. As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, computer operating, data analysis, finances, and admin duties.

To ensure success as a back office executive, you should have extensive experience in computer excel, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Ultimately, a top-class back office executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management.

Back Office Executive Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 years work experience as an Back office Executive.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, MS Excel and mailings.
  • Working knowledge of portals platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills Languages Hindi, English and local language.
  • Basic knowledge of computer.
  • Customer management skills.
