Classification of the courts
There are different types of courts. There is one particular case because there are a lot of cases coming from day to day basis from petty cases also. In this case, it is like the flow of water it will not stop it from floating. Same here also there are different cases which evolve from the situation where the final decision of the cases is been held either in the supreme court or the high court or lower court or subordinate court.
Starting from the subordinate court it has three major branches coming given below :
Civil court criminal court Revenue court
Under the civil court is our first branch, it has three topic
A )District judge or session judge court b) Sub judge family court
The criminal cases it has divided into three branches :
Session or District judge b) Metropolitan Magistrate I 2 3 c) Revenue of court has been further divided into three categories they are :
Commission or collector
Tehsildar
Naib tehsildar
In each district of India, there is various kind of subordinate courts below. They are different courts that are civil courts and revue courts.
Criminal court
They are related to the violation of the laws not the violation of fundamental rights. These cases are mainly involved in the theft. murder, culpable homicide, rape, etc. These are courts that only involve criminal matters.
In civil cases what happened is that they are dealing on the matter torts where there is a dispute between the property dispute or any other disputes related to the financial cases. They don’t bring each other on the same matter because each owns a legal spirit. like in the example what is said is legal judiciary or in the simpler terms jurisdiction, they have their won jurisdiction the offenses which are been given in India is different from each country.
Revenue cases are case that is related to the disputes that are in terms of land or any dispute is before the court. These are the major broad classification that is under court. These are the basic understanding that we need to have when we read or go before the court.
